Making Online Privacy Easier to Understand and Use
EkoMade VPN is a digital privacy and connectivity platform designed to help users protect their online activity, access global content, and maintain a secure connection across multiple devices.
The product combines encrypted browsing, worldwide server access, split tunneling, streaming support, gaming optimization, malware protection, and multi-device coverage within one connected ecosystem.
As the service offering expanded, the digital experience needed to explain complex VPN technology without overwhelming users. The website also needed to make plans, features, server coverage, and security benefits easier to compare.
ATM Labs led the end-to-end redesign of EkoMade VPN’s digital experience, from auditing the existing content and interaction flow to building a clearer, more scalable interface across responsive web and product touchpoints.

The Challenge
Making Advanced VPN Technology Feel Simple and Trustworthy
VPN products solve complex security and connectivity problems, but users often encounter technical language, unclear feature differences, and uncertainty about speed, privacy, device support, and server coverage.
Customers needed to understand how EkoMade protected their data, which plan matched their needs, how many devices they could secure, and how quickly they could connect to a suitable server.
The existing experience contained valuable features, but the hierarchy did not consistently guide users from awareness to evaluation and subscription. Repeated messaging and inconsistent product data also weakened confidence.
