Once subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you want, and they will be worked on and delivered one by one (Standard Plan) or two by two (Growth Plan). As soon as a request is delivered and approved, we immediately begin on the next one in your queue.
Nope! There is absolutely no limit to your request backlog. Once subscribed, you can add an infinite number of tasks, projects, or feedback updates to your design queue, and we will work through them systematically.
Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Billing is structured on a monthly retainers cycle, so if you pause halfway through, the remaining days will be saved in your bank to use whenever you're ready to resume.
